Delivery
We know how important it is to maintain sufficient inventory and we always ensure you get your orders without delay. We offer next day delivery on all our orders in Edinburgh.
Returns
Products may only be returned to Viosimos United for credit within 30 days of the invoice date. Products that have been damaged cannot be returned. The product must be undamaged and in a condition that is suitable for resale according to Viosimos, and it must have a return authorisation (RA) number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
WARRANTY
All provided products are warranted by Viosimos to be fit for their intended use.
If any Products don't satisfy the customer's needs for this purpose, Viosimos will either replace the Products at no cost to the customer or provide the customer a complete refund, depending on their decision.
